Privacy Policy

Your name, mobile number, pickup and drop-off locations, schedule, bookings and ratings. Providers additionally submit licence, vehicle and insurance documents.

Route coordinates are used to match you with providers who pass close to your pickup point. Live location is shared only while a trip is active.

Your phone number is not published to providers. It becomes available to your provider only for a confirmed booking, so they can reach you at pickup.

Payment records are kept for accounting and dispute resolution. Card details are handled by the payment processor, never stored by CarLift.

You can update saved places, pause a recurring booking, delete a booking history entry, or request full account deletion from support.
