CarLift is a marketplace that connects customers who need a Car Lift with providers who drive that route. CarLift does not own vehicles and does not employ drivers.
A booking is confirmed once the customer accepts a provider's price. Recurring bookings repeat on the selected days until paused or cancelled.
All prices are shown in AED and include the platform fee displayed at checkout. Providers receive the trip price minus the platform commission.
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the first trip. Later cancellations may be charged according to the policy shown at booking.
Providers must hold a valid licence, registration and insurance. Customers must be at the pickup point on time and treat the vehicle with care.
Providers are responsible for the transport they deliver. CarLift is responsible for the platform, verification process and payment records.
